I am an experienced realistic Fine Artist currently working on creating commissioned artwork for clients, or creating a collection of images for the discerning collector. At present, the collection stands at around seventy original mixed media paintings and graphite illustrations, covering a broad spectrum of themes, including Steam Locomotives, Aviation, Cityscapes,Portraits, Seascapes and Wildlife.
I have exhibited my work in both the Sam Scorer Gallery in Lincoln, and The Carre Gallery in Sleaford.
Based in Lincolnshire, I have been a full time artist since 2009, after a career of working mainly as a Senior Visualiser/Illustrator/Art Director for Advertising Agencies and Art studio’s.
As far as I can recollect, I have alway’s shown an interest in Art, My Uncle, who was a respected Equine Artist encouraged my earliest attempts at art.
I attended Lincoln College of Art, where I studied Fine Art and History of Art,and went on to graduate as a Graphic Designer, Visualiser, and Illustrator.
I draw inspiration from everyday life, and have been described as an eclectic artist.
